If you're wondering, Some assumptions that will go in to the simple model (just because I don't have detailed info to get in to the deeper analysis)

• Recovery remains the same 83%
• REE Market prices - let's call it $100 per kg
• Neodymium / Praesodymium is ~ $100 per kg.
• Dysprosium is ~$450 per kg
• Terbium ~ 1730 per kg.
• The % of MREO's remains at ~30%
• The average rate 794 ppm is maintained as a baseline for the whole mine - no doubt we will see larger numbers... but... minimum.
• The sg is as the rate they have advised.

Ultimately, I'd like to try to get to profit, but that's not the current view. One thing at a time.
