a) retail holder trying to offload slowly so as not to crash price - Highly unlikely
b) top 20 offloading - Highly unlikely
c) Third party with an invested interest in keeping average VWAP low ( LIND ) - Likley
d) Potential buyer / takeover candidate. - Possible

My opinion is LIND as it's only been in play since these guys have come on board and also has continued AFTER the cap rasie has past.

As i said, could be wrong but we can all speculate. Who has the most to gain by keeping SP low. LIND, more shares as they convert.
