A few points regarding the infamous "BOT". 1) There is nothing illegal that the BOT is doing however there is a question regarding issues of maintaining an orderly market and creating a false market, but they probably stretching the definition to the letter. 2) Its unlikely to be LIND although possible if this is a new BOT selling out the 12.5mln share conversion. They cannot use the share that are held in security and if it is short selling that would come up in the short sells reports published by ASX and ASIC. 3) While there is an argument that its "suppressing" the price the bottom line is its volume is not all that huge on most days, for example so far it has sold 200K of shares. 4) It most likely an ALGO of some type that trades across multiple stocks capturing pips. One way to stop it is to aggressively buy or sell and it gets simply blown out. Rather than waiting to soak up stock if buyers got aggressive, the bot would most likely disappear or as we have seen on occasions it becomes a buyer. On the LIND issue, i can't see this being a long term thing, NUH have enough money to pay out the CN or refinance on more favourable terms with another party, particularly if sales continue to grow, the LIND concerns simply disappear.
