Exxaro ?Looking at All Options? After Noble Territory Offer

Exxaro Resources Ltd. (EXX) is ?looking at all options? after Noble Group Ltd. outbid the South African company on a deal to buy Territory Resources Ltd. (TTY), Exxaro spokesman Hilton Atkinson said.
Exxaro, in a statement today, urged Territory shareholders not to take any action until it reviews its position. Exxaro said the Noble bid will remain open until July 21.
Territory shares rose 11 percent to 52 cents at the 4:10 p.m. close of trading on the Australian Stock Exchange
