    My understanding of the exarro term sheet announcement of the 3rd Dec 2012 is that 3 million dollar fee payable to LNC within 30 days of signing. I gather this at or before 2nd Jan 2013 (not long!)Interested on thoughts as to how this may affect price should it turn out to be the 'real thing' rather than PB spin.

    Also, LNC due to come out of ASX200 tonight - price holding well at the moment.
