There is an archaeological looking excavation shown in the foreground of the announcement. This suggests that CFR has already transported the company's Bingara shovel (famous in HC discussion some months ago) for use in Madagascar.
Come to think of it, I am sure I can recognise the Brits' TV "Time Team" cast in the photo. Will they finish the job in their customary three days?
Seriously though, here's hoping that CFR can at last pull a rabbit out of the hat.
