It's interesting that in the Eastplats Presentation (pp.25-26) they anticipate feasibility results for Mareesburg by early 2008, mining start-up during 2008 and for mine steady-state by 2009.
What looks particularly appealing is that diagram "Looking southeast across Mareesburg showing existing topography and UG2 reef".
My understanding has always been that SLV's ground contains much of the easiest-to-get-at UG2 reef in the contiguous deposit, which puts us in a strong bargaining position for our JV with these guys.
Once Everest North is plainly more than just a glint in our eyes (and it can't be long now, given Eatplats champing at the bit), we should see a major re-rating of SLV. The shareprice now is built entirely on the re-treatment recoveries alone.
