Some time ago I used a program called ""XLchartpro"" .. here's a link to whare you can find it. just look down the list.

from memory it loads up to 240 days/periods and then when you update it drops the first date off the list then adds the new..... Open,high,low,close,vol
when it's in Excel it's up to you what you do with the data.
