I notice that the idea of scientism has come up again, a term which seems to be used by mainly theists to mean "science explains everything". The context of the use of the term seems to be to refute the notion that "science explains everything", a task that is not exactly challenging because it is quite easy to show that science does not explains everything.
The problem comes when the rebuttal of the notion that "science explains everything" leads to the notion that "a specific religion answers everything" and/or this specific religion is the only channel to a fulfilling life. Both these notions can also be refuted. ,
