Just had a look at the presentation and noticed that the SC55 boundary shown on page 9 is different to the OEL website and the depiction on page 8.
It is a substantial difference because this is the area of the permit (or outside the permit) where the 3D seismic si being shot.
Does anyone remember a deal with the DOE to shift boundaries?
