Well one month into our NASDAQ new beginning and the BOTA share price is hovering around 50 cents (4.21/8/1.05)

It just shows how poorly planned the transition has been.

And bear in mind that Biota had never traded in the fifties in recent times until the after hours auction on the last day of ASX trading. Buyers hoped that the closing price of 57 cents could be arbitrage opportunity of a lifetime (given the forced selling stemming from leaving the ASX)

After the intial vote of disapproval of the merger when Biota was around $1, the share price generally traded in the 65 to 75 cent range. The previous post GFC low (3 and half year low) was 69 cents, so Biota was scraping the bottom of the barrel then.

But the barrel had a gaping hole once the merger went through and the 65 cent barrier was broken, and we are now at 50 cents.

And we haven't heard a peep from Jim Fox who was very dismissive of shareholders concerns in his response to questins from shareholders on the day of the vote in October.
