The new company is yet to lodge its post-merger consolidated financial statements with SEC. So, those misinformation should be cleared up after that. Some people mentioned here before that, under the US accounting practices, BARDA contract funding would be recorded as Revenue or assets on the balance sheet? If that is true, it will interesting to see what the balance sheet will look like for the new company.
