    The BARDA contract is reimbursement based so it wont make much difference to the bottom line (other than the contract fee) if its recorded in their financial statements.

    Biota normally records government grants as revenue so not sure why BARDA revenue would not be recorded in their financial statements right now.

    2012 has been a complete write-off for shareholders.

    Here's hoping Russell Plumb has a cunning plan for 2013.
