I do not have any inside information that you or anyone else does not have. I read the announcements carefully and then interpret and do as much research as I can. NWE personnel make sure that they do not tell me anything new. But they cannot stop me from watching and listening to what they are doing. I spoke to the seismic company at the conference that they will most likely be using to do the 3D work. That told me that they(NWE) have encountered a problem with one of the environmental reports/requests from the Federal Government, so there will probably be a delay till that can be redone/addressed.
But the most enlightening information was that speech by the AWE CEO. That told me more than anything.
