Hi Pottermore, and also all HC members, and especially NWE holders,

Firstly Pottermore, thank you for your time and effort posting on NWE your obviously honest opinions for the benefit of other NWE SH and stake holders.

I note all your stated NWE positives and clarifications, thanks and acknowledged.

I would like to hear Peter the NWE CEO speech at the recent conference:

Is it or a transcript available?

    I have seen the PowerPoint.

I think many will be able to visualise possible positive outcomes to the commercialisation of NWE assets as opposed to other options for SH including a "find another Helen, find another Troy" approach. Acknowledged also that NWE and any other shale asset company is a risk investment.

As a NWE shareholder I am very intrigued by the following quote from your post. It raises for me, and possibly others, a logical and reasonable question. Note any views expressed later are my own, and may not be justified or correct so as always DYOR.

    Pottermore Quotation:

" 4. Results are know to NWE but cannot be released to the market until all the other partners have authorised their release"

Yes acknowledged, Bharat and AWE are partners, accepted, but so are we all as SH in NWE, so how is OK for NWE to release information selectively to the partners but not to its Shareholders.

The partners may have a right to consider their options and comments following the release of the news and consult with principals eg Indian Government, advisors, before publishing their reactions and actions, however the NWE news is the news and it is not later decisions by others arising from the news of the results.

I believe that Partners do not IMHO have the right to veto or delay the release of price sensitive news by NWE for any reason.

I believe if the results are known then this information fairly belongs equally to the ASX and all Shareholders ASAP and not just NWE management and the partners.

I am interested in your views on my thoughts and impression and also the views of others on HC.

If my views are invalid pleased to be set right so I may understand why they are unreasonable.

Great truths are simple - just what are the NWE results?

PS: Position: Hold but as with all other SH with options

    DYOR IMHO
