I would not be too keen at present for them to come out with an announcement stating they have made the decision to mine. Even with metal prices climbing they cannot manage to generate interest in the stock to move it northward. Coming out with such a statement will only depress the price even further. It will confirm that a hell of a lot of money will be needed to construct a plant. With such a low price that will only result in massive dilution.

Management can default to the tired old excuse about not having any control over the share price. To a large degree that is just B.S. The market prices stocks on the basis of the decisions that managements make. The only thing that stands any chance of increasing the price is a takeover or strong exploration results. Even then this lot have proven from past performance that they have trouble harnessing momentum & often make questionable decisions on asset sales & market timing with capital raisings.
