Not so sure about the Winters selling out early.
Chris is relatively young, about 45, and capable of running a large company.

I'm sure they'd look at a 25% parter or something of that kind, but why sell out for $200m when you can build a large business and do something worthwhile on a global scale. The point is that they don't really need big company expertise as they have the skills. All that's needed is the market access and funding for scale manufacture.
