ROC is a strange one at times. On days when Oil is falling and all things look bad up she goes. On other day Oil is surging and good news is out, down she goes.
Who knows.
One thing for sure -can wait to see the 1st quarter results. This will reveal all and show that on fundamentals alone ROC is undervalued.
