Interesting transaction from a valuation of oil in the ground (proven reserves) perspective. Correct me if I'm wrong .. but ROC has paid A$24.66 per barrell of reserves in a producing field. Is that a high price?? I've noted in takeovers of recent times (here and OS) that the going rate for reserves has been less than that ..but we do have a very high oil price. Any comments.
