re: excellent annoucement...thats all Hard to follow the movement of ROCs sp. I suspect there is a tussel between bullish and bearish traders/investors.
However if you have read the Financial review on Saturday a nice article that singles out ROC amongst a couple of other small cap oilers for special mention.
Trading on prospective pe of 6.7.
Not often you get company with fundamentals in place, cheap price and such mega-exploration potential.
