SYNERGY APPOINTS LEGAL & GOVERNMENT SPECIALIST
Synergy Equities Group Limited (“SYNERGY”, ASX : SYG), a diversified Internet security, systems and services
group, has engaged the services of Ms Jennifer Lazberger, a Business Development specialist covering the Legal
profession and Government. Jennifer has commenced employment with the Group in a full-time role and replaces Mr
Tim Hartley (the ASX announcement of 25 Jul 07 refers). SYNERGY wishes Mr Hartley well for the future.
Formerly the Bureau Manager Perth forAustralia Pty Ltd (www.elaw.com.au), Jennifer was the Manager Chief
Justice’s Chambers to Chief Justice David Malcolm AC at the Supreme Court of Western Australia from 1991 to 2006.
During that time, Jennifer was heavily involved in the development and implementation of various information systems
as well as being a member of numerous Committees of the Court which dealt with policy and procedure. She also
served on various Court’s IT committees, and was a member of the Council of Chief Justices’ Electronic Appeals
Working Party. Previous to her managerial role at the Supreme Court, Jennifer worked in public companies and law
firms.
Jennifer is responsible for driving, establishing and developing relationships within the Australian Legal profession and
all sectors of Government through the sale of Data-inCrypt® SMX secure registered email.
SYNERGY Managing Director Ronald Moir said that Jennifer’s exceptional track record and nationwide network of
contacts made her a standout candidate for this role.
