Im sure Its never too late to sell!!! lol Always somebody looking for a listing . But Kak , I assume you are not serious .

Well certainly not too late to sell here in Victoria , a couple went in our street here for record prices , still plenty of buyers out there for me .

As I have stated before , I would like to see some form of correction , I think its highly unlikely however ..once again I am neither Bull nor Bear . Our practises with land releases drives the price of all , ridiculous costs and levies ..

All this needs to be streamlined ..and thats certainly NOT the vic governments plan , they want more ..as does local government .

But saying you are going to perfectly " time " some form of correction and go pay rent is beyond ludicous ..

You end up like my friend from Brighton ... now living in Carnegie .
