We should pay particular attention to The Economist when it says that aussie house prices are overpriced (Warnie: note, overpriced and expensive don't mean the same thing 8) ). The Economist were one of the few that warned of house prices in the US well before the crash and were analysing 'sub prime' before anyone paid it any attention.
