Strat is being mischievous in suggesting all they had to do was "crank up the plant". Read the background properly and you'll see they were raising cash to spend on a range of technical and other studies to determine whether it could be brought into production economically. Maybe it can, maybe it can't, that's the risk you take with spekkie stocks.
Frankly, I don't care if it never produces an ounce of silver, as long as the share price keeps on truckin'. At the moment I'm sitting on a 5-bagger, and with a little luck it might turn into a 10-bagger just in time for a nice silvery Christmas ...
