As far as I see it, they have added to an already united and strong board.

Though he is still on the board, the existing chairman has stepped aside to allow fresh talent to drive the board and company forward.

Obviously Mr McGrath sees alot of upside potential, otherwise why would he become associated with BKS?

Looking at the info provided in the company's announcement, he has a great record and reputation.
