Suggest you check more closely on Dubai real estate market & what is happening over there. Even if oil prices were to rise slightly, that economy has soon real problems around this current oil prices.
Sunland is only suffering the same as most property developers or listed REITs & not all are going to recover.
Perhaps time to take a good hard look at their exposures to debt,currency & refinancing issues.
