Gas prices are currently $2.80 per mmcf for the Rocky Mountains.
How much gas will eventually be recovered, lets say 50bcf.

How may wells will be needed to recover the gas? 10?

What will the total development cost be of the field.
US $70M????? Plus the costs of Paradox #1

How much will the gas be bought for when sold to the pipeline company? $2.50 per mmcf????

Then subtract 16.66% thats clawed back by the other crowd that owned the prospect to start with, less royalties, and running costs.

    How much is left????

Is it worth developing at current prices?

Does $150M worth of gas extractable over 10 years, justify the market cap of GDN at $60M, when $90M needs to be spent on the entire project.

If the price of gas was back at $14 we would have lots of reasons to be happy.

As investors we need to ask how much this project is really worth when gas is stuck below $3 / mmcf as the gas stock piles continue to grow.

I am not trying to be negative.

I am not trying to downramp the stock.
Just trying to be objective as to what the market cap should be for a share like this given the resource and current prices.
