Excellent first day of trade.
The IPO market has been pretty poor this year as evidenced by the following.
Yet, although early days, EG1 has had the best first day performance of an IPO this year.
As per the prospectus, news flow on a few fronts shouldn't be far away and the flippers should be sorted within the next few days.
Let's hope EG1 continues to buck the trend.
I'm a long term holder and look forward to watching management turn this into a company just like their next door neighbour, $1.6Bn lithium producer, CXO.
