The PNOC022 news was absorbed by the market in trading overnight (and anticipated in the lead up too). It seems the market is expecting a further tapping of the ATM (which has been forewarned by the MD/chair). Management may consider raising capital via the ATM might be worth doing now before the stock to be converted from the delisting on the ASX hits NASDAQ. I imagine for some holders it will take some time to go through the admin of getting their ADS into a US broker account so the ASX delisted stock probably won't all hit the NASDAQ in a wave but trickle over.
It seems some commercially material positive news is needed by the market.
