Slightly meaningless announcement and if I were a cynic I'd say it's an attempt to shore up the SP on a red day.

I do like the company fundamentals (that's why I hold), but of course the revenue is going to increase as gold prices increase...but that's relative to the US dollar mostly.

That's why the annual financial statement release will always disappoint as punters expected more (updates are all in UDS), but the reality is that when the figures are converted to AUD the gains suddenly don't look that impressive.
