I think when it all comes down to it the management at Zeta are not that great either and probably did not have the money to follow through or financing for it was very dubious. If Zeta were desperate to be out it defies logic that they would engage in action that destroyed their own investment in OEX. If Zeta had came through with the money the share price would have been well north of the 4 cents or so it was before everything fell apart attracting more interested parties into this venture.
