    what a classic. puntland government confirms all agreements and the sp drops 20%. panickers you have been had. this announcement confirms that canmex will be drilling by years end. the tfg are a ghost of a mog with no power let alone on good old punty. it does show that they do want all the oil money though. the tfg are a bunch of grubs dont trust anything they say
