Chops Carnilya Hill was never a certainty to go into production this calendar year. VRE have fast tracked the project yes but I have never read anywhere where they said its planned to go into production this calendar year but rather hoping or it looked promising it would.

Besides if it made it this calendar year it would have been nearing close to the end of 07 and January08 isn't to much of a difference.
