Yeah it should come soon, takes lot's of time to analyse data.... especially in a large phase III trial. It has to be in a state ready for regulators, I've seen trials fall over due to poor data analysis/collection.
However there is something about the complete silence that makes be think DS are negotiating behind the scenes... we'll know soon enough.
