i disagree...the vendor hasalready agreed a low entry price ( compared tp others done ) with a royalty ...you are right the vendor can always participate in a CR but they dont need to...rather i would prefer to see them offer further licenses should they have them ..time will reveal all..meantime lets enjoy the ride....as thefe are few experiencing that in these skittish market conditions.
