I note that SSB Citigroup sold down around 4.2m today. I also note that they bought up around 7.1m in the preceeding 20 days. They were also responsible for the sell down and they were not T+3 traders. I think this is probably a small number of sophisticated investors selling down on the news and taking their profits. This is not a bad sign IMO.
I agree with you about the iron ore deals being the next driver and I can see some real upside from these. The money is now in the pot to sign up and get mining underway. I'd love for these to be announced in a week rather than weeks as indicated in the announcement!
