From the announcement.
"The Company has received advice from Petrosen that it has no objection to FAR increasing its working interest to 90 percent and assuming Operatorship of the three offshore blocks. The increased interest in the blocks, which is subject to the completion of formal documentation, will place FAR in a stronger bargaining position with the continuing farmout process."

90%, assuming operatorship? let’s see.. I’ll be happy if it takes less than six months for a JV announcement and I think that is not too much to ask for.
