I wish i shared the same outlook as you. I am not convinced about the POO heading north consistently any time soon. I also feel we have been strung along with the same "tired" statement for too long regarding the "two offers and one pending" by the Company and now we deserve a full explanation of the real scenario (totally naive expectation due to commercial in confidence matters) relating to these negotiations.
To me the only real positive from this announcement was the bailing out from China but i am not sure our couple of percent will generate more than a couple of shekels.
