ZARA is only peripheral to SBS's future at this stage...it is a new/early stage prospect & of course the spectacular drill results from the first round cannot be repeated all the time......you have to test extremities where you will get poor results or no results if you are trying to define an ore body.

The Jeewel in the Crown is the Asmara project..followed by the extensive and growing GOLD resources in Tanzania with our JV partners.

Asmara from a corporate pt.of view is entering an extremely critical stage. Sunridge want it,someone's buying into Sunridge & positioning themselves for this world class deposit & an independent valuation is being made.

As I understand it.....the Sunridge sp was around 1.80 odd when they announced their intentions to take over Asmara & this is the value of script to be used in calculations of the payment to SBS,despite the fact that it has now risen to the $3 value. The large valuation of Asmara could mean that in effect SBS could end up with a controlling interest of greater than 50% of Sunridge.....which wouldn't seem acceptable to the Canadians?

So SBS is in the BOX SEAT to derive real value from the outstanding riches of Asmara......and in addition to this is a serious GOLD play ( irrespective of how ZARA turns out despite its very promising potential) with it's Tanzanian gold.
