Excuse my ignorance but in practice would the drillers usually push on to TD before they started wireline logging any of the "objectives"? Or if they saw strong suggestions of hydrocarbons in the upper levels would they conduct the wireline log evaluation of those zones straight away? (Wikipedia indicates that in theory the wireline logging could done either as they go or at the end).
