I here what your saying in regard to profit structure, and appreciate where your coming from, but disagree.
Tax structures, carryovers, deferrals are all an integral part of modern day profit and loss statements. Just ask mum and dad property investors whos tax structure makes up around 30-45% of thier property return each and every year.
But i know what your saying and you have a good point worth considering.
