I don't see this stock is going to test the 22-23c low. even it is going to this low, it is still showing as up chart. The 20c double bottom had been formed, can't see this stock will stay at 20c low for long with all positive news. If DJ provides a bit positive movement, we will break though the 30c mark and be in blue sky.
By looking at the current trading volume, I think most of the major holders are willing to hold.
