That is supberb information!! While caution could lead one to caveat until the nth degree until the scoping study is finally released, the illustration of what the project could be worth using the long-term U308 price makes pretty compelling reading. Put an 8x multiple on that cash flow and you're talking AUD1.00 before you even consider additional synergies that could be extracted by availing of Areva's infrastructure.

For a while, some of us also wondered if news of Areva consolidating its worldwide operations would have a dampening effect on its attitude towards the Namibia side of things. Bonobo77s excellent piece the other day shows that Namibia remains a very significant part of Areva's plans. Possibly more than ever.

Take the two bits of information together and it's hard to see a better aligning of the stars. Markets may take time to adjust properly (as they do), but the story is finally gathering the compelling evidence that has long eluded it.
