Revenue for the year has grown strongly, increasing by 41% to take us to $110 million. Our Net Profit Before Tax (NPBT) also increased by 17% to $23.13 million. (Note 1) These results have been achieved over a period of significant upheaval in the financial markets, and this is a good indicator of the strength of our business and the importance placed by our prospective customers on their enterprise software systems. Analysis of Performance Highlights of our results are as follows:
„h Net Profit After Tax (NPAT) up 17% to $17.23 million
„h Net Profit Before Tax (NPBT) up 17% to $23.13 million
„h Revenue up 41% to $110.2 million
„h Licence Fees up 23% to $22.6 million
„h Consulting revenue up 59% to $32.7 million
„h Plus/Project Services revenue up 29% to $10.7 million
„h R&D expenditure up 53% to $21.2 million, representing 19% of revenue, fully expensed as incurred during the year
„h Expenses excluding R&D up 47% to $65.9 million

Dividend Increase The dividend for the year has been once again increased by 10% to 4.12 cents fully franked, making this the eighth consecutive year of increasing dividends.
