Excellent Risk Reward Play

TAM currently provides an excellent risk/reward investment play. Given its current assets, I estimate a maximum downside to 3 cents and an upside to its estimated NTA of 12 cents, or at a share price of 4 cents an exceptional 8:1 profit to loss ratio.

If we then look at the potential near term events and their estimated probability that could trigger a re-evaluation of this unloved stock i.e. A Takeover by APAC Resources at say a 75-80% probability and/or an announcement from NST of CTP mining commencement at say an 85-90% probability. The combination of these probabilities supports an excellent short term investment outlook with high upside potential and fairly limited downside! DYOR
