IBR doesn't need to gold to explode , at present prices IBR is trading at a forward PE of 2-3. Good to fully acquire Lichvaz, I believe Global Corp may have run into cashflow problems and was unable to fund their 20% of costs associated with drilling, plant commissioning and expansion. This was probably why Marjan was canned (JV partner Global Gold not in position to commit funds), after Armenian Govt placed pressure on JV to advance project towards production.
