Jacka Q1 (March 2013)statement had cash at $8,744,000

Jacka is paying 15% of the cost of the Tunisia well over $27.2m

Current well completion costs estimates (as of last week) are $44.8m, Jackas share is $10.8m and of which Jacka had paid $5m before March, thus $5.8m of their $8.7m cash has been applied.

So Jacka current Cash (after this well) is c.$3,000,000.

That enough to fund another c. $20m in Tunisia or $60m in Nigeria. So they are ok.

They will need more cash over the next 2 yaers, not a lot, but you can be sure they are preparing assets for sale and there are buyers.

My preference would be Nigeria and I saw on this board somewhere a recent transaction in OML113 Nigeria values Jackas stake at $22m.

Overheads are c.$250,000 a quarter.
