That will be some massive turnaround from .1150 buda and would only occur if either a. someone leaked some inside info, or b. an announcement was made, although I'd expect a trading halt prior to that occurring. So, what do you base your .15-.16 cent prediction on? I would think that when positive news is imminent, that the price and volumes will rise to give us a heads up before the actual confirmation is forthcoming. I see nothing in either price increase or volume (in fact quite the contrary) to suggest a turnaround. The way I see it, nervous investors are bailing as they are loosing faith and the price is likely to go down further not up - today. Today's overall market performance doesn't help either. Keen for your views.
