I agree with your rough estimate in that drilling out a resource takes time. For that reason, it’s also good that the company management hasn’t promised to deliver a resource anytime soon, and they’d rather grow the project and infill slowly but surely. What’s good for shareholders is that having a resource hasn’t been a prerequisite for even a large sum buyout (in previous gold takeovers) if the results speak for their own, at least in North American markets.
