Hi Parcel, I have to admit that I've been guilty of thinking it was going to move up for the last 4 months along with many others. I agree with what ABLM has mentioned several times about the possibility of a low ball TO. Feels like when ever the SP gets a little traction and is about to go, someone steps in and smashes it back down to dampen the enthusiasm. Lets see if it's any different this time I guess, best of luck.
